Paying for yourself.
Self-pay patients are very welcome, and no GP referral is needed to book a private appointment. You’ll be given clear costs up front so there are no surprises.

Through the NHS.
Holly also treats patients on the NHS at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre, Royal Derby Hospital. NHS referrals need a GP letter, and there is typically a wait of several months to a first appointment; any surgery is added to the NHS waiting list by clinical priority.
