Our aim
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That means readable colour contrast, visible keyboard focus, a single clear heading structure on each page, and descriptive labels on the illustrations.
What we’ve done
- Text and interface colours are chosen for AA contrast on our warm paper background.
- Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with a “skip to content” link and visible focus states.
- The hand illustrations are inline SVG with descriptive labels, no images of text.
- We respect your “reduce motion” setting: animations are minimised when it’s on.
