NHS referrals
Holly’s NHS practice is based at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre, Royal Derby Hospital. A GP letter is required for NHS referral. Waiting time to a first appointment can be several months, and any surgery is added to the NHS waiting list by clinical priority. NHS secretaries: Amanda Naylor & Ellie Owen, 01332 785254.
Private patients
Private patients do not need a GP referral and can book directly via the private secretary. Adults and teenagers (16+) are seen at Nuffield Health, Derby, with a smaller practice at Thornbury Hospital, Sheffield. Children are seen at Thornbury Hospital, Sheffield. Spirecut™ is offered at Hill Medical, Sheffield or Nuffield, Derby.
